Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. If your order has shipped, you can find the tracking number here. If your tracking info is not updating, please contact the USPS, who can put a tracer on your package and help track it down.
If your package has been determined by the USPS to be lost, we will replace your original order after this time period.
If your tracking shows delivered, but you have not received the package, please contact your local post office and ask your mail carrier where they left the package. We have had the USPS leave packages with neighbors, under patio furniture, in garages, and even under bushes. Please also check with other members of your household to see if they have received the package.
