My order was returned to you. How do I get it?

If your order was returned to us do to an error on our part, we will re-ship your order at no cost to you.

If your address was provided incorrectly and your package is returned to us by the USPS because it is undeliverable, we will need to invoice you for the cost of shipping the package to you a second time.

International customers:
If your package is returned to us marked "not called for" (which means you did not pick up your order from the customs/post office) we will need to invoice you for the cost of shipping the package to you a second time.
